Considering the duty of brotherhood raised by the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the right to live freely and in safety, recognition of legal personality, to be protected against torture, to to a nationality, to claim asylum and protection to third country where his life is threatened or when the individual is persecuted,
Whereas Kotch, Turkish-Kurdish origin, who arrived in France in 2002, fled his country, where ethnicity, political belief, threatened his life,
Recital that Kotch, was arrested and tortured on several occasions for the reasons mentioned,
Whereas Kotch, follow these physical and psychological assault, suffers from health problems that medical facilities in their country of origin can not handle ,
Whereas Kotch risks his life in Turkey,
Whereas Turkey Kotch has withdrawn recognition of his nationality
Considering the rejection of his claims by the French courts,
We, the undersigned, demand that the French state taking into account its duty to protect an individual whose life is threatened.
We ask
- Kotch temporary release so he can prepare his defense, and receive appropriate medical care,
- The humane and expeditious investigation of his case lodged with the French Office for Protection of Refugees and Stateless Persons,
- The regularization of the situation Kotch.
