According to the newspaper El-Khabar, a survey conducted by the Progress Club Circle Algeria-Europe, in coordination with the Algerian association Errihab (based in Hamburg, Germany), the involvement of Algerians living abroad in presidential elections next April, revealed that 94% of them will not go to the polls.
The survey, conducted over the period 15 December 2008 to January 15, 2009, was conducted in 8 European countries: Germany, Britain, Belgium, Holland, Austria, Ukraine, Spain and France.

I know nothing about the reliability this survey, but I still wonder if it will give pause to puppet rulers in Algeria.
